I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500) and a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY-F) facilitator — a method that integrates yoga with trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience to support healing from trauma.
As the founder of House of Freya, I offer trauma-sensitive yoga and somatic movement practices designed to support healing, embodiment, and empowerment. My mission is to create accessible, compassionate spaces where individuals can safely reconnect with their bodies, rebuild a sense of agency, and begin or continue their healing journeys.
My work is grounded in over 800 hours of yoga training, 15 years of teaching experience, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path, with a special focus on trauma-sensitive and somatic healing.
